“ The food was both good and affordable. It's a small place with only four tables inside, but when it's not busy, it's a chill spot to eat with great tunes playing all the time. They don't have fountain drinks, only cans and bottles. The chicken was very tender, and the teriyaki sauce was perfectly balanced--not too salty or sweet. The sushi was fresh, although it wasn't cut all the way through, so the rolls fell apart, but they were still delicious nonetheless. ”

“ There are seating area both indoor & outdoor. So nice sitting outside in a beautiful weather. The Service: Hannah was taking care of our table. Super friendly & efficient. Her smile definitely brighten our day. She is very attentive and always checking on every table if customers need something. Excellent customer service!! The Food: When we dine with the kids and they couldn't really eat raw fish. We always look for options on the menu that they can eat. Here... tons of options! We like it. Under entree, we ordered chicken teriyaki, salmon teriyaki, bulgogi and assorted tempura. They are plated like a bento box, there are also salad, rice and miso soup. Definitely a great meal with good price! Seafood Yakisoba is one of our favorite noodles dishes. Huge portion! Perfect to share. Lots of seafood and the noodles has great texture. We also tried their two new rolls, Princess Roll (no rice) & Raging Crab Roll. They are both plated beautifully. Princess Roll has no rice so if you are cutting down your carbs, you got to try this roll. There are so many good stuffs in Raging Crab Roll, crab meat, crab stick, shrimp tempura & etc. The Parking: Large parking lot at the back of the restaurant and across the street too. Free! ”

“ There seem to be many options for sushi in the montrose area, but few of quality. We used to come to blue fish quite a bit during high school, get a heart attack roll and call it a day. As the years have passed I do feel the quality (or possibly my perception of good sushi ?) has gone down. The sushi is good but not great. I feel often it misses the flavor and is bland. I also think for the price point the quality and flavors don't make sense. Service is typically good. And for the ambiance, it feels like a typical sushi restaurant with some seating on the side walk of montrose- which is a a cute spot to take a walk and get some ice cream after! Overall, good not great! If you're not from the area and it's not convenient I don't think I would go out of my way for this spot. ”
“ Came here for a late dinner and was impressed that there was a pretty decent sushi place here! Service was great, food came promptly, atmosphere is comfortable, food was solid! There is parking at the back or in other lots nearby! Would definitely recommend! Great for all occasions! ”
